Cena Bar-B-Que

John Sr was working on setting up the grill. He had invited his family over for a big bar-b-que to spend time with all of them. He smiled some as he thought about them and really hoped his second daughter would make it.


Rai finished packing up the food she had made for the cook out and looked out the kitchen. "Randy we need to head out."

"Alright want me to grab anything?"

"Please."

Randy grabbed the cooler and took it towards the car.

John walked outside with his brothers looking around "Dad are you sure you got enough food for everyone that is coming?" He asked

Dave drove over to the Cena's he was invited by Rai and Randy and he wasnt about to pass up free food.

Riley was on her way home after being away for a few months.

"I got plenty." Sr said shaking his head some. "Have you heard from Riley?"


Randy glanced at Rai. "Are we telling your family?"
"Not yet."

"Dad you know she doesnt talk to me as much as Rai. It's like she doesn't trust me. Plus if she has talked to anyone its probably mom." He said sitting down

Dave pulled up and parked.

Riley drove towards the family house stopping at the store along the way

Sr. sighed. "Fine." He muttered. He looked up and waved at Dave.

Randy pulled up and noticed Dave. He glanced at Rai. "Be discrete when you talk."
"Randy I promise I'll be good."

John nodded looking over at Dave "Batista what brings you by?" He asked

"I was invited by Randy and Rai." He replied

Riley got back into the car and drove. She hadnt seen anyone in her family and she was excited to see how they were going to reacted

Sr. chuckled. "Make yourself a seat food should be up soon."

Rai got out of the car and ran towards the deck hugging her father. "Daddy!" Sr chuckled as he hugged Rai. "Go help Randy with the coolers John." Sr said as he held Rai tight. His daughters were his soft spot.

Randy chuckled seeing how Rai acted.

John got up and walked out to the car "Hey Randal." He said grabbing a cooler.

Dave smiled taking a seat.

Riley took a breath as she pulled onto her parents street

"Hey John." Randy said as he walked towards the deck. "Dave. Sr."

"Hey Randy." Sr said with a smile.

John walked back and set it down looking at Rai "And gee thanks for telling your brother hey." He said nudging her

Dave nodded "Orton."

Riley pulled up and parked getting out

Rai hugged John then squealed seeing Riley's car. "Riley!" She ran down to the car.

Sr. chuckled. "You just got demoted as favorite sibling John."

Randy shook his head.

He groaned rolling his eyes

Dave laughed

Riley caught her "hey little sister."

Rai grinned. "I am so glad you made it also not my fault I'm the short one in the family." She looked at her. "Look great."

Randy looked over at Rie and raised a brow. "hmm."

"Look I didnt ask to be tall. I blame it that on dad." She said "And so do you....I love your shoes."

Dave watched him shaking his head

"HEY WHAT AM I THE FORGOTTEN BROTHER?" John said

Rai laughed hearing John. "Guess we both better give him a hug before he starts to pout."

Randy chuckled at John. "Dude you are so whipped by them."

"SHUT UP ORTON." He said holding his arms out

"You can but I'm not touching flat top." She said "I have a father to see."

Rai giggled and went to sit next to Randy.

Sr. chuckled and held his arms open.

Riley hugged her father.

John glared before doing a group hug on her

"DAMN IT JOHN LET ME GO!" She said

Dave watched laughing

Rai laughed watching them.

"Not until you say you love me just as much as dad."

Rie rolled her eyes "John I love you enough not to hurt you right now." She said

Dave looked at them "Are they always like this?" He asked

Sr chuckled.

Rai nodded. "John's needy with us."

"Got to better than that."

"John I love you to the moon and back." She said

"That's better." He said letting her go

Dave nodded "Orton how did you marry into this family?"

Randy chuckled. "Got drunk in Vegas."

Rai laughed smacking his leg. "Be nice."

"No Rai dropped him on his head and told him if he didnt marry her she would make sure that he would live life in hell while she was around." John said smirking

"Dad I are you sure I wasnt adopted?" Rie asked

Rai threw a coke can at John.

Randy chuckled some.
